Food and service are good, but you will be waiting FOREVER for your food - Take out or dine in. I've been here several times,... and each time is a very long wait for food and I'm honestly tired of it, enough not to go back anymore. They need extra staff ifthey are constantly backed up in the kitchen. And I don't like how they ask you to tip before you are even seated. How are yousupposed to feel confident about the service/food before you even know where your table is? Read more
Always pleased with the food. Yes, there are times when the kitchen may not have all the items on the menu. I have never found... this to be a problem because of all the excellent choices. The house staff is wonderful if you find yourself with someone whotakes pride in their work. This was not the case during one visit. The menu choices all seem to have subtle nuances that can bebetter explained by long term staff. The creme brûlée is the best in Atlanta. My wife and I go as a treat to ourselves soplease stay away and don't tell your friends. It's our hidden treasure. -EDIT-Just surprised my wife with Bistro take-out. We've been coming here for years. All the staff here are amazing people. They always make sure you're well attended too and just... so kind. I can't describe how lovely this place is. The menu is delicious. I usually go for the Warm Asian Glazed Chicken Salador the Bistro Club. The salad is sweet yet savory and top off grilled chicken. The club is a hearty sandwich layered with grillchicken, avocado, bacon, and greens with their aioli. Also the fries. They're my favorite fries. Period. Highly recommend. Sitby the window! The only time I've been remotely disappointed was today when the roast chicken pomme frites wasn't on the menu, but the steak... frites subbed nicely! Everything was on point as usual and the crab bisque is stellar. Service was attentive and welcoming! Read more
Only giving 2 stars because the food is good and the young lady Jordan actually tries to help. There's no reason to call 15... minutes ahead of you still have to wait another 15 even if you only ordered fries ????. Every time I come here to pick up anorder the guy in the suit comes out to check on customers every single time he doesn't even acknowledge me , even when I'mstanding there for 10 minutes waiting on an order I called in 20 minutes before . I was very disappointed with my order today. I regularly order a breakfast box at this location and usually I have no issues.... This time round my order which included baked potatoes was in a significant lower quantity than usual. I approached the managerabout it and she tried to assure me that that was the usual portion which I immediately contested. Then she asked the chef tomake me another order of baked potatoes to go. We were both very surprised when he responded: "we ran out of potatoes". At thatpointe I took offense because I paid for my meal and I would have appreciated to be warned that it had no chances of beencompleted properly. In the future, please advise your customers WHILE THEY ARE ORDERING that you ran out of the ingredientsneeded to complete their meal. Read more
Needs a better equipped staff. There's a different answer from different people which becomes inconsistent and a inconvenience.... They run out of food on days where they should not. They take forever with your orders after telling you it will only be acouple of minutes. Once it took almost 40 minutes for my order to be completed (when I called in 15 minutes prior may I add),while I watched others come in and get their food. The food is great. Service? Below average.
