Never had a more rude experience than from the guy taking the drive through orders. He couldn't be bothered to wait 5 seconds... for me to figure out what I wanted and proceeded to share his annoyance and use profanity. I guess he had somewhere better tobe. Read more

I have never had a negative experience until now! I?ve been going to this Burger King for over 9 years. I kindly ask for extra... condiments and it?s like I asked for free food! I even offered to pay for it and the response I get is ?You ain?t got nuggets?like even if you can?t give me the sauce, at least be a little pleasant about it. All this after not even getting greeted at thewindow, just stands there with their hand out, no total or anything. This individual needs to be put where there is no customerinteraction or they need to get a better attitude. Read more

My husband and I just left this location. We ordered 2 impossible whoppers medium meals with no onions and chicken nuggets. 1st... thing is my husband had to go back inside for our fry because there was only 1 in the bag. Now we are on the road and we openour sandwiches to find out that not only are there no onions on the sandwich but there was no lettuce, tomato or mayo on thesandwich. My money was wasted and we work hard for it. We can't come back because we live on the other side of town can someoneanswer the phone please? I'd like to be refunded the difference for the sandwich. Peaches was rude!!! I came to this location around 11:30pm right before they closed by 12pm. So I went through the drive thru... and placed my order and was greeted by a rude fat elephant built woman named peaches (huge heavy set black lady), so I placed myorder but I was not done yet and she claim she couldn?t hear me through the microphone, so she told to drive around and so Idid. When I got to the window she just straight up told me my order amount when I clearly wasn?t done ordering. I asked if theyhad any deserts but she said no, so I just proceeded to pay for my $6 meal. Other than that my burger and chicken fries werefresh (I had to wait a little bit in front of the line before getting my food) and the young gentleman that came out to bring myfood was very polite! On 08/22/2022 at or around 1pm , I came through DT to order my food. I order 2 bacon cheeseburgers fries and a drink($4.99... coupon) and two whoopers only cheese and mustard with two large fries and two large drinks ($10.99) coupon. As I am proceedingto go home, I began to bite into my sandwich and it was cold. So cold that the cheese wasn't melted. As a former manager of aBurger King, I understand the process (unless it has changed) includes placing it in the microwave to bring it up to temp and/ordiscarding the patties after the hold time has expired. The fact that the cheese wasn't melted shows me that neither of theabove processes was followed. I returned back to the location and went in on the inside. I am unsure of who the manager was onduty, but she was short in statue, heavyset, and African American. She was advised that my burgers were cold. She asked whatkind they were and I told her a bacon double cheeseburger because that it was I assumed I ordered. She looked at the sandwichand stated it was a bacon cheeseburger. I advised her that whatever it was, it was cold. She then mumbled under her breath"coming in here saying you order one thing and it's something else" She then proceeded to yell to the person making thesandwich, I need two bacon cheeseburgers HOT!! Make sure they're HOT!! I'm not sure why she didn't ask the cook to make twofresh patties OFF THE BROILER, but I guess she doesn't understand that terminology. She gave me my burgers back with noapology, no sympathy, no have a nice day. nothing! When I got back into my vehicle, I learned what she meant by HOT! My burgerswere so hot, I had to wait at least 5 minutes to eat them. Thinking after I had ate the first burger surely the second burgerhad cooled down. Once I bit into it, the ketchup was so hot on the burger that it burned my tongue. At this point, I amlivid!! Breakfast croissant with bacon, ham, and sausage combo for $8.50. Of course it does not look like the pictured advertisement and... it is not made to order, obviously sat under the warmer or reheated in the microwave. This is my last time throwing my $ away athorrible horrible Burger King. Read more
