The whole staff is too aggressive and rude as hell to customers. The young lady taking my order screaming and yelling at me and... other customers. She was on her phone the whole time of taking my order. Also food is disgusting and cold. Also there is acockroach running around . I filmed it on my phone will be posting on this review. If I could give an zero stars today I would. I travel to Atlanta bi weekly for work, I run an nonprofit organization in Buckhead... that helps business owners secure loans and provide services to the homeless and low income population. I always stop pass theBurger King in the Airport but this time I had an horrible experience. The young women was very rude and disrespectful. She wasrolling her eyes and doing the most when all I asked for was my biscuit to be cooked soft, the exact way I get it every time andshe provided horrible customer service not just to me but to others. I understand you can have a bad day sometimes but come onnow it?s 7am! Leave your attitude home. The management need remove her from the front line and put her in the back away fromcustomers because it seems that she doesn?t enjoy working with customers. One of the only places in the airport that are open after 10:30 on a Saturday, and the food quality is what you'd expect from a... Burger King. Prices are a little higher than normal, but it was fine. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was good. Read more
