You have to ask for receipt if you want one? Excuses are machine down, or out of paper. You shouldn't have to ask for ticket... this should be automatic especially when using your credit cards. Read more
Absolutely horable u was sitting in libe for over 5 minutes and when i said Hello, the lady was like one second. We dont have a... second we are here to order not to wait for you to do what you are doing. We had to leave and not get any food because it wastaking too long. So frustrated. Read more
By far, still the worst location. And I?ve lived in this area for years and it seems nothing has changed. Wanted to give them a... chance this past weekend and regretted it immensely. Long wait, on-line coupon didn?t do much for my expensive order. Cheesebombers were overcooked (and I mean it was like chewing a hush puppy), they literally threw my son?s Texas whopper in the bag.It fell apart and made a mess in the car. On top of all that, NO RECEIPT. So I wouldn?t even know if they used the couponcorrectly or not. Please shut this location down, move it somewhere else and get new management. Since 98, no progress. I originally reviewed this location as decent and no long waits.. but after last night? I waited in the drive they 30 minutes (... only because it was late and just off from work) they were inconsiderate and clearly unaware of what was going on?. The managerwas nonchalant about the wait and all she could say was? I?m trying to get done so that she could get home? well so was I.. onlydifference I was paying and she was getting paid? this was my go to spot? but not anymore? they really blew it on this trip???????????????????????????????? Thee worst BK ever. They do not have anything but coke and sweet tea. When you pick sweet tea they upcharge your drink and fries... and when you ask why you've been up charged. I'm told the small fries is really small. I mean yea I know I wanted a small....the sweet tea is not sweet and it's sad that they used one cup of tea to split between three cups for customers. Why not justput enough tea in all cups? Apparently they didn't have any ice because the sweet tea was warm and bitter. Asking for anythingcorrected gets you a slammed drive thru window to the face. And to top it all off, they wouldn't give me a receipt because theyover charged me and didn't want me to complain about that too. This is just poor service all around, even the fries were notgood. They were barely warm and not crunchy at all. How just how do you mess up French fires, like a child can make Frenchfries. This by far has to be worst Burger King in the Country. From the fact that the orders are never correct, to the employees eating... in the drive though, to the lack of courteous greetings and customer service to the temperature of the food. Burger King was myvery first job many years ago so I naturally crave it from time to time. This is the closest Burger King to my home and goingforward, I?ll rather drive 35 minutes to a suburban location with quality food and customer service than to come here. I?vetried several times and I?ve simply had enough. Just demolish this building and construct a chic Fil A where at least us localswill have a more pleasurable experience.. simply awful? Read more
