They are always out of everything, short staffed. They will give you the Impossible Whopper instead of a regular Whopper in a... minute. If you choose to eat here; check your Whopper before leaving. Terrible customer service. There was a black woman with a short wig and this lady with pink/red hair that took my order, they... both had an attitude because I wanted to change my meal to a small. The woman that took my order proceeded to say that?s why sheasked at the intercome. She closed the door in my face & did not serve me. DO NOT EAT HERE! Drive thru worker said they had to run my credit card again because it didn?t work the first time. Got my bill... back and there?s two different charges. They used my card to pay for an extra meal for them! Read more
Angela has the best customer service ???? UPDATE- They need to bring Angela back because without her the service is TRASH! They... have some complications today with the app and their rewards program. It's frustrating for both the customer and the employee, Iunderstand that. However, professionalism is always expected no matter what the problem is. The cashier lady needs an attitudeadjust asap. Two people to run the whole restaurant at lunch hour is crazy as well. DO NOT EAT HERE. Went inside to order because they didn?t have enough staff there to run the drive thru. The inside was truly... disgusting, a health inspector would have a field day in there. Not only were the counters grimey, the staff working hadpersonal drinks and food right next to the food they were preparing. The person behind the counter was rude, but that?s not theissue. Visible black mold in the building near where food is served and consumed. A hair in my onion rings. I know it?s justfast food but this location is far worse than any Burger King I?ve ever seen. Edit: I had the fries. Those were foul. Expletive foul. I will be contacting corporate, and I will be contacting the health... department.
