Rude iibtch came out chewing sunflower seeds and didn't want me to start off my morning with a smile. She had a stank attitude... and I'm assuming that it was time for her monthly cycle... Went to Drive through, I was told that computer was down, to be sure I asked does that mean you cant take my order. She said... drive through computer is down but I could come inside and the inside computer is working. I went inside no one else on theline. I waited as the guy continued to text whomever he was texting. No on in drive through, no one inside except me. Guy looksup at me and continues texting. After a few more minutes, I decided they disnt need my money and left. No one said anything tostop or take my order. Too many different places to eat to have to put up with terrible service. Food is very hit or miss but I'm sure they are doing there best looks like a tough location to hire good staff for that pay
Not a great experience, pulled to the speaker had to repeat my order 3 times for the cashier/manager to say ?huh? I asked for... the 2 for 4 I asked for it not to have egg she says I have to get egg with the 2 for 4 cool I?ll just take the egg off get tothe window the sandwich?s are pre made I get it if you busy you keep sandwich?s up but they not BUSY!!! Came at 8:50PM 8/19/2022 and sat in line for 40 minutes. No one picked up the mic to take my order. Online Burger King closes at... 10. Will not ever come back to any Burger King. Read more
Horrible quality I always wonder why it?s so empty often in such a high traffic area. I?ve been there 4 times every time my... order was wrong. Unsalted fries cold burger every single time. And the soda machine is dirty and carbonation tank is not kept upwell. Coming from fast food management you just know these things. I repeat do not got there. Sparkling clean, the service was prompt and plenty of room to sit down inside. Very convenient to I-285 (one of the few... restaurants on this side of town). The staff was very kind and helpful, and the food was excellent (I have become something of afast food/Burger King aficionado since I had young kids). Highly recommend, we will be back. Also some gas stations locatedclose by should you need to fill up when stopping off. Read more
Every time you come here they always lie and say ?sorry, our system is down right now and we can?t take any orders?. They say... this so you?ll drive away and not order do they don?t have to work. I?ve noticed it every time that once you leave they all lookout the window smiling and laugh as if it?s funny. Very unprofessional establishment is this location. They need bettermanagement for sure.
