The host and the waitress were both sweet and accommodating. The food was fresh and made exactly how I requested it. The dining... area is spacious so you do not feel as if you are too close to anyone which is great for large parties. The only issue was withthe bar and their inventory was low. The service is awful, the server/workers don?t want to do their job . They think it?s a hang out place you get paid just To... show up to work but do the bare minimum. We been sitting waiting for a server to come take our order for about an hour . Theserver got sassy with me when I told her we been waiting for over 35 minutes for her to get our drink order . The manager had tocome take our order smh . How is that acceptable her job is customer service which she had zero . Should have read the reviews before I walked in! This place is an absolute joke! Do not give these people your time and money!... Go to McDonald's I promise it's better. This place is empty for a reason... been waiting exactly 1 hour.... host had rudeattitude. Waitress was super nice but she was definitely being over worked. Quality of sauce cups were really poor, they were totally melted and spilled all over. Staff was really rude, did not even... bother replacing the package, just throwed new sauce cups and bag at me. Package did not even include ranch requested on ordernor any napkins. Read more
Repeated worst experience. Always something is missing from the order. ETA was 20 and had to wait for more than an hour to... pickup. BWW better look into this location or might get closed soon due to worst service. That?s how you pack sauce.!!!
