I'm leaving a 1 star review because of the way they treated my daughter. This was her very first job and she was a senior in... high school. She informed the owner of all of this when she first applied.. SHE WAS FIRED AFTER A FEW MONTHS AND WAS TOLD ITWAS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO WORK ARPUND HER OTHER OBLIGATIONS. In reference to her senior year activities like seniorpictures , graduation practice etc. My daughter was very hurt and cried for days.. she gave her all to this place and in the endthey wanted her to choose ice cream over her senior year Read more

A very pleasant surprise,considering the food here in Atl SUCKS...Busters Ice Cream is DELICIOUS! I ordered BUTTER PECAN,THE... BEST I've ever had. I had a horrible experience today while visiting Brusters.I promise I will never visit this location again. The customer service... was horrible the girls were very nasty acting and gave me one scoop of ice cream in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl was brokenup, I don?t recommend going when the young teenagers are there working. Read more
Usually never have had a customer service problem at this location. Unfortunately that took a turn tonight. It's not cool to... watch a customer at the window (for nearly 5 minutes) while you clean dishes for the night and dont inform your coworker (who'sback is turned) that a customer would like to have there order taken.
