After enjoying dinner at our neighborhood Chili?s my husband and I decided to take the kids to get some ice cream. We stood in a... very long line, after awhile an employee told the us we could order on the side. A guy name ?Parth? asked why we were in line.We explained because an employee told us to come to the side. He told us we needed to go back and stand in line but we didn?tfeel comfortable going back to the line, ultimately cutting people who didn?t know we were in line prior. So of course Icomplained and he decided he would serve us but he made us feel really bad about it. Never again would I come back to thislocation. VERY rude staff and I am NOT happy! Read more

Ordered a Regular blast 22oz (M&M) and a Quart size of NewYork cheesecake ice cream. The ice cream is always delicious and I... never have any issues with my orders. The employees are also very nice. My girlfriend and me came here many times over the last couple of years and always had a great experience! We came here at night... a little better they were closing up for the night like so many others in the Summertime, I went with something new with acookie dough milkshake with M&M and it tasted great and my girlfriend went with a Strawberry ice cream which was a vanilla icecream with strawberry syrup on it which she ended up liking this way more. I've been to Bruster's once, and was pleasantly surprised. They had some unique flavors, and it was difficult to make a... decision, but I got a double scoop of carmel apple and cookie dough. It was very rich and very creamy. Prices are reasonable,too. Will definitely be going back once I get the chance. Read more
