This has been my go to for about 5 years now. I thought I wrote a review already but I realized I hadn?t and they totally... deserve it! Food is just so fresh and amazing. Great variety. I always get tuna/scallops/salmon. I also forget to take a pictureof my bowl because it?s so good I eat so quick! If you?re looking for a poke bowl this is the best! Read more

Poke has been popular in the continental US for the last several years. 5-6 years ago seemed to be a major wave period of time... when lots of poke places were opened. Same for Bowl Lab - they opened in July 2017. With the poke market seeming prettysaturated, finally I no longer see new poke places keep popping up. And although I thought many might go out of business, especially through the pandemic with many people still not returning to their offices and despite seeing most of them had littlebusiness volume, most poke places still remain open, at least for the 4-5 poke places near where I live. Bowl Lab is definitelyone of the exceptions, they always remain very popular and offer a comparably more unique style of poke experience. We werethere on a Friday evening around 7:30; there were a few groups dining outdoors and a few groups dining indoors (they close at9pm). Their AC was reaaaally strong, the indoors was too cold for us so we decided to sit outdoors. The current prices for PokeBowls are: - Regular $12.45 (2 scoops protein) - Large $14.45 (3 scoops protein) - X-Large $16.45 (4 scoops protein) We orderedthe regular sized ones, but curious to know if we ordered a Large or X-Large one, is it just extra scoop of protein or does thebase (salad or rice) also get upsized proportionally. The food ordering process was smooth. The employee was a bit quiet butfriendly. We ordered the pre-set menu items so we didn?t have to make too many choices. They use an environmentally friendlycardboard-based bowl as a food container. The overall presentation was very good. And with their signature sauces zig-zagdrizzled on the top, they mixed with all ingredients very well! I could see why this place is so popular compared to many othersimilar poke bar places. They have limited parking spaces in front of the restaurant and more in the garage behind therestaurant. By the time we were leaving around 8pm, while walking in the parking garage toward our car, a car pulled Read more

Happened upon this place as I was traveling between two other places and looking for something quick, healthy and relatively... inexpensive. The food was tasty, and service friendly (if a little bit hurried). I enjoyed all the different options for mybowl. I got a mix of rice and salad greens, and a bunch of random veggie stuff. At first I felt kind of like the price was toohigh for what I got, but then realized the bowl had more depth than I had thought and it ended up being a nice hearty meal! Read more

I found this place one day because I was craving octopus. Little did I know I was walking into my new favorite poke bowl spot in... Atlanta. The place is so clean with plenty of seating indoors and out. They had a vast variety of toppings plus eight differentproteins to choose from. They also had a good selection of Asian drinks and snacks available if in case you didn?t want theentree. A poke nacho bowl on the menu was really interesting. Safe to say this is a good place to visit for Asian PacificAmerican Heritage Month. Parking is scarce Read more
