Very disorganized. There was a line out the door for holiday pickup. There wasn't enough staff and they couldn't locate my... order. I was able to get my order right before they announced there was none left (lucky me). Took 40 minutes to pick up oneitem that I already paid for. It was good tho. Read more

We ordered Thanksgiving banquet to the tune of $460 for thanksgiving day. We har our entire family here from out of state. The... driver was an hour and a half late, the food stone cold, 12 of the food items were missing and to make matters worse, thedelivery driver was so stoned - he dropped the box on our kitchen counter, laughed and left. It was not only a disaster- it wasembarrassing and I, as the host, felt horrible. Calling Boston Market to report is a waste of time as you get no one answeringthe phone, or a boiler room operator that barely can communicate while telling us all they can do is file a complaint and we canwait 7 biz days to see if someone calls us back!!!! Boston Market needs to make this right. WE DESERVE A FULL REFUND! Read more

Food looks okay but the hour and a half wait start to finish, staff constantly yelling and arguing? I had to repeat my order 3... times to the guy upfront because he was so out of it. It was over all a really awkward experience. Read more

My company ordered catering for our office party last week, and even though we placed our order weeks in advance, we still had... to wait for 20 minutes past our pickup time. However, the reason for me writing this review is due to the customer service weexperienced when we came to pick up our order. The young lady at the counter was unbelievably unprofessional and rude to all ofthe groups waiting for their delayed orders, and to the new patrons who came in attempting to place orders. Due to the customerservice we experienced - I will never order Boston Market for our company events again. Read more

Worst! We were told we could not order after walking in on the "manager" in a verbal spat with a customer - the staff were all... yelling at each other, we were refused dinner because they said they were now closed....at 7pm (sign said 9pm) - the upshot is,we found a great Ramen place next door that was happy to provide a tasty dinner in exchange for our hard earned money. Went there to eat during dine in hours and I get there only to find the door locked and being told that they are taking online... orders only. This really inconvenienced me. If I could have given it a zero star then I would have left them no stars becausethey should have been wide open for business. I didn't even get a reason why they were closed like that. And I saw a worker inthe dining area playing around with her phone, instead of working. So in essence she was stealing time from the Boston marketcompany. Read more

I visited this store on 8-19-22. There was a sign on the door that stated online orders only. So, I ordered on google and when I... went in to get my food, I was told they had no chicken pot pies. The "acting manager" stated he could not give me a refund. I'vecontacted Boston Market corporate a week ago and still no response. So I spent over $20. and can't get a refund. DO NOT orderonline for this location. They have terrible customer service! Read more
