Just there and of course if rush hour but no chicken at all. What kind of chicken restaurant doesn?t have ANY chicken available.... They said 45mins so I left and noticed the trash pile high,while 3 employees are just at front on they phones. Used the bathroomand it smelled horribly. Never again!!! Read more

I did take out for Thanksgiving! It quick and organized! The turkey was moist and delicious! I ordered dinner for 3! It includes... 3 large sides, 3 corn muffins, and your choice of Apple or Pumpkin pie! Total was $50! Well worth it, and we had leftoverTurkey! Well Done! Read more

I can't buy any food here because I don't own a car. Stop being lazy and open up the front counter. Edit: I just finished... reading the review responses from the "owner" of this location. First, your grammar is terrible. You don't even know how toproperly use commas or periods. Second, these complaints have not changed for a long time, proving that you are doingabsolutely nothing to fix the problems with this location. If you want better employees, stop paying less than every other fastfood restaurant. You want to pay bare minimum? That's just going to leave you with bare minimum employees. This is *your* fault. Was there in the drive-thru on 9/29/22 after 6:00p. Two employees there at front counter at the time. One wearing gloves, but... the male employee was not! full of attitude and disrespect in meal prep, and no customer service at all! Leave your attitude athome! & do not shove food at me that I paid for! Prepare it the right way! I wanted to ask for my money back! Shut down theplace or hire respectful staff! I should have read the reviews!!!! Its been a pretty long while since I've had Boston Market, pre-pandemic. There were so many... inconsistencies in this one visit. We ordered curbside, park in curbside on arrival, follow curbside instructions which are tocall the restaurant and let them know we are here. She proceeds to tell us to come to the drivethru. ????. Ok, that's fine. Thedisappointment begins with my order, substitutions should be noted somewhere, idk... on the MENU. Ordered garlic dill potatoes- received mashed. ???? I asked for gravy on the side with the meatloaf- no gravy at all. And it just did not.taste good. It wasmy first time ordering meatloaf from here. Sweet potatoe casserole has marshmallow in the photo, I will ASSUME the marshamallosmelted, but the potatoes were too soupy. Cornbread was a half portion!!!! No cutlery at all, in either bag. This may have been a decent Boston Market to go to at one time, but not any more. Ordered curbside pickup and was told by the... worker to get out of my car and come to side door by QT. Super shady and not curbside. In response I drove through the drivethrough and was greeted with "we don't have salads, what side you want". I'm not really interested in trading my salad forpotatoes so I asked for a refund. I was told that they will not give refunds in store. When I asked how I was supposed to get arefund, I was told to "figure it out yourself". To be done with this experience, I said give me the potatoes. The worker thensquared up at me and told me "I won't be talking to him like that". At that point it simply wasn't worth it and drove offwithout my food to seek a refund somehow. Tried to contact Boston Market for a refund and they don't have a number or email.Just a feedback forum. I caution anyone from going to this establishment, trying to get some chicken turned into a drive throughworker trying to fight me in front of my kids. Read more

I?ve never had such stale, disgusting, and old food from a restaurant. They should be ashamed. Chicken was tough, Mac and cheese... was about 3 days old, mashed potatoes were hard and flavorless? cornbread was about 5 days old and not sweet at all. Completewaste of my time and money?. To top it off the guy at the drive through had dirty greasy hands and gave me my debit card backfilthy!! I visited on a Monday around 7:00pm? dinner time, no excuse other than pure laziness. I used to go to this location at least once a week when I lived nearby. In all honesty, I had not been in over a year. The place... has gone downhill dramatically. In all fairness, on the day I went the air conditioning was out, all the lights in therestaurant were off, and the food looked as if it had been out for hours. None of the help that was there over a year ago when Iwent, is there now. I?m sad to say that I will not be back to this location again. And in probability, I likely will not returnto Boston Market at any location. Read more
