Food wasn't the best. Poor service by our 2nd waitress. It's like she just wanted us to hurry and leave. We had to ask for... silverware, water, refills and deserts. Some items never arrived. Never heard "I'm sorry" once. Bread was hot and fresh. Desertswe're good. Won't be back. Read more
Not sure when pan-seared became synonymous with fried but that's exactly what they thought when they cooked these pot stickers.... So, fried pot stickers atop shredded lettuce via delivery. I'm going to let you imagine how the soggy peices tasted. Read more
Terrible wait staff & experience. Walked in on a Saturday night at 8 pm for dinner, the dining room was half empty, was... instructed by host to grab an open table in the bar area however because the dining room was reservations only. We spotted one,which was just emptied and asked the host if he would grab someone to clean off. He instructed us to sit in the waiting area andhe would grab us to seat us once it was cleaned off. We waited for 20 mins to finally see the table be cleaned off, at whichpoint another server said it was reserved for another lady which was not even in the building. When we confronted the host whoassured us we would be able to grab the vacant table once it was cleaned, he mentioned we could finally be sat at another table,while the other party was just walking in to be sat. After 15' mins of waiting for someone to visit our table, we finally got upand left. No one checked in on us and even bothered to welcome us in or even offer to help after the incident to attempt atmaking any reparations. Unfortunate to leave this review as we enjoy their food. Had lobster very good. Only thing is I has told they are 5-6 oz but when got them looked more like 3 oz. Other than that it was... great. Read more
The waitstaff is what makes the difference for me. Great Ambience! Not enough Fish varieties for my taste but Extremely Nice!
I did not enjoy my first time at Bonefish. It took 30+ minutes for anyone to come to our table to ask what we wanted to drink.... And another 20 minutes after that for anyone to even ask what we wanted to eat. The restaurant was not even half full. There wasa party room fully decorated and set up in the back, seemed like everyone was working on that instead of serving guests. When Ifinally did get my food, my salmon was over cooked and almost inedible. Our waitress seemed to be in a foul mood half the timeshe came over to us with comments like "uh huh, sure" and then rushing off. Finally at the end of our meal when we were ready toleave, she gave us our check and went to the table behind us and chatted with them about personal stuff for about 15 minutesbefore coming back to take out payment. I really do not see me coming back here ever again. The only thing that was worth giving2 stars was the amazing crab and corn chowder. Read more
They couldn't send me a decent mac and cheese. Kraft does a better job. It looks like it was made w milk and saliva. And... EVERYTHING took too long. They don't even wipe out the seats. Read more

My friends and I came... in and didn't know what to expect but when we went to the bar, the bar tender Dakota was so welcoming and made us feel so athome and welcomed.
