After letting people wait in a very long line and then cleaning the whole restaurant while they wait at the register, THEN they... quietly tell you that they are out of every single item except 3. Why not announce loudly so people don't wait for nothing??This is an airport location. People have limited time to get a meal between flights. A little proactive announcement every fewminutes would make up for apparent supply issues. Same thing happened four days ago on our departing flight, so this was not aone-time glitch. Poor supply, poor customer service. Very disappointed. Read more

Walked up and asked the man working a simple question. He then loudly broadcasted the answer over a crowd while answering... sarcastically and had people laughing at me for asking a question about the food availability?? I was so taken aback. Such rudecustomer service. Your best bet is go to concourse A and get some southern cooking there instead. ??????????? Read more

The cashier double charged me for my drinks. She was incredibly slow, which backed up the line substantially. There were also no... Utensils present (at the counter or in my togo bag). they then messed up the next guy's order too. annd the food was cold toboot. Read more

They move at the most leisurely pace and make up reasons to overcharge and then double-down on it when you bring it to their... attention. Maybe this is coming from corporate, but when you lump things together on the menu and then try to charge separatelyto make a few extra cents, it certainly feels like false advertisement and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They do notinclude utensils or napkins to eat sweet biscuits, which makes zero sense. I love Bojangles and have for as long as I canremember, but I'm not impressed with the service at this one. Best to go elsewhere unless you're having an extreme Bojoscraving. In fairness, the food was good (standard Bojangles quality, not above the norm for there). Read more

As I was sitting in the Paris airport, I looked to see if ATL had a Bojangles and what time it closed. I was so excited to see I... was going to be able to get a much needed cajun biscuit after being abroad for months. I land in terminal F and head directly tothe opposite side of the airport in T to get my fix with 2 hours to spare before they close. I walk up at 8:20pm and a employeetells me they are closing, even though the hours say 10:30pm and will only be serving the 3 people in line. I tried to see ifthey would have some sympathy for a biscuit lover coming home to her roots, but they were just rude. So that was disappointingand a waste of 1 hour. Read more

9.7.22 7:46am If the line is long, the food must be good, right... wrong. In this case that's not true. For airport food... service it's a fail for me. I ordered #3 off the breakfast menu, sausage and egg sandwich minus the cheese. The sausage waspretty much burned ???????????????. The biscuits were ok. Seemed like only 2 staff members were on duty because the line waslong. Read more

Hands down the worst Bojangles experience Ive had here. The cashier didn't care that there was a line building and continued to... go slow. I repeated everything at least twice and still got my order wrong. Fries were cold/soggy, sandwich sub par and even theboberry biscuits weren't close to fresh. No lids for my large cup and the same went for straws. Read more

If there were 10 stars I'd give me all !!!! I've always heard about Bogangles and finally I had the opportunity to try and... "critique'. Hands down up in the top 5 of best fast food fried chicken. The crunch echoed in the air as I took my first bite lolThe chicken was so moist, freshly fried and delicious. Why don't we have e one in South Florida? The lines would be pendingcorners !!! I didn't get a side it was all about the chicken for me. I got a leg and tigh. There was one flavor not like otherestablishment but who need opinions when you habe a perfect piece of chicken. The biscuit was perfect and freshly baked, Thestaff was warm and friendly. Service was woth a smile for sure. Can't wait to try it again !!! You have to Bogangles SouthFloridians :) Read more
