I was looking forward to dinner and as I was walking inside an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette casually informed... me they were closed for dine-in, only drive-through. Very disappointed. I order here all the time through Uber for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never gotten food so terrible... before. I placed my order at 6:21pm, almost 3 hours before the restaurant closed and my driver only had my food to drop off soeverything should?ve been fine. Our food was so hard and cold, we couldn?t eat it. The buns were dry, the chicken was so hard,cold, and shriveled up like it was sitting in the out way past it?s time to be trashed. It was to the point where reheating onlymade it worse. The bo rounds were warm and greasy like they were redropped in the fryer (I worked fast food, I know how it goes)and I was missing a drink from one of my combos. I don?t know who?s lazy, inconsiderate behind works that shift, but they needto get it together or be fired. Service is just underwhelming. Make sure to check your food at the window. I got all the way home and noticed they forgot my... biscuits. And you know how good those biscuits are. They gave me plenty of honey though lol Smh so disappointing. Read more
The staff here is great! I had a last minute idea to take biscuits to work for my team. Even though I didn't call ahead they... took care of my order promptly. I had to wait a little bit but that was fine due to the size of my order (30 biscuits) and sinceI didn't call ahead. Highly recommend this location! Read more
A few of the guys are not the friendliest people when I went through the drive-thru or inside people but the food has been... consistent all 3 times I visited. It was fresh*** temperature was awesome and taste good. Today I tried the Chicken deluxe andhighly recommend it when looking for a good sandwich for lunch. I ordered lunch for one of my elderly neighbors as well and shesaid she enjoyed the meal. Read more

I don't remember the last time I was ever at a Bojangles' restaurant--this food is GREAT! I arrived close to 9pm They just had a... rush of customers before me and no chicken breasts left. I had to wait 15 minutes for the cook to cook some but was well worththe wait getting very fresh fried chicken. Awesome!! The woman who waited on me was great too! This location has only beenaround for about a year so it all looks clean, fresh, and inviting inside the restaurant. I'll be back for sure! Read more
