My friend and I were looking for some breakfast after a fun but somewhat fuzzy concert at the Fox the night before. This place... was only a couple blocks away so we decided to try it. OH MY GAWD!! The Cowboy Breakfast!! Hands down one of the best meals Ihave ever had. Slap yo mama cornbread, pulled pork cooked to perfection and a fried egg. Exactly what I needed after a fun nightand a few too many libations! Will definitely be back!!! (p.s. Sit outside by the fountain) Cheers Read more

Founds Babs Online under restaurants for breakfast. Turns out it was around the corner from our hotel (Hyatt Centric... Midtown). We were greeted, seated, & served swiftly! Our server was really sweet & attentive! Upon heading to pay for our mealwe were surprised when the gentleman at the counter told us it was on the house! Incredible experience with my babies & thefood was delicious! New fav whenever we come back to Atlanta. Read more

A delicious gem of a breakfast/brunch spot, on two of my three visits i have trusted the owner to choose for me (pics below, not... even sure what i had today but i cleaned the bowl). It?s quirky and cute with a menu that changes daily, and a variety ofsparkling drinks and wines. Gorgeous patio as well, highly recommended! Read more

Had a lovely breakfast here! The unique little restaurant is so quaint and quirky, loved it! We were immediately greeted upon... our arrival and being our first time there and the menu was explained to us. We were also very surprised at what a unique andflavorful menu they have. It was difficult to decide what we wanted to eat. Both our dishes were delicious. I can highlyrecommend Babs and we will return. Read more

If you are looking for a traditional breakfast place, don?t go here. I tried the Tunisia Shakshuka suggested by the guy at the... counter who wasn?t very nice. . It was OK. Not a place I would revisit. Update since the restaurant responded below: Myreview is not about the eggs. I didn?t even try the eggs and yes I did ask them on the side. The food I did try, the main dishwas not good. Mediocre food and bad attitude at the counter is not something I would revisit, per my original review. Read more

Delicious brunch with a wide-ranging menu, from classics to new dishes. Excellent counter service, coffee was at the table... before we even sat down, and food was brought out quickly. I ordered the lamb/beef with naan and sweet potato fries in currysauce (highly recommend). Lots of frozen dishes available to take home as well. I rated 4 stars last year, but after thismorning, Babs has earned their solid 5. Read more

Easily one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The food was incredible. I will have to try the more brunchy stuff next time. I... regret not grabbing a few slices of the 'Slap Ya Mama' cornbread to go! The skillful cooks do an amazing job, and the menu is soall-over-the-place that I can't wait to come back and try something new. The decor is also fun and eclectic, and the place is sovery cozy. What was really important to me was the coffee. So many places with excellent food will have boring, cheap coffee. This place owns the plantation they source the beans from, and I believe someone local roasts them. What you end up with is atruly great cup of coffee with which you can taste the passion put into it. I bought a bag of their beans when I left and asecond when I came back the next day! You won't regret visiting this place. I was in the middle of a Christmas + New Years roadtrip and only had a couple of nights to check out Midtown, but I spent both mornings here. While I plan to explore a differentpart of Atlanta the next time I'm around, I will go out of my way to revisit this amazing place. Randy is a genuinely cool dudewith excellent taste. Read more

The food, organic and fresh. The drinks, light and bubbly. Babs is small and cozy and gives you that intimate feeling of knowing... everyone around you. My only suggestions would be to add some simple syrup and grenadine to those that like their drink a tadbit on the sweet side. I had the blueberry french toast with cheese scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and bacon, and red skinpotatoes. Listen! I am still dreaming about the blueberry French toast! I enjoyed the fresh made cranberry chutney and pumpkinbutter. I'm a millennial, I love pumpkin everything! Read more
