Reviews for Argosy in Atlanta, GA
A place that is open late like before the pandemic! Was there with a large group on Saturday night, about 11:00pm. Everything... went smoothly. Food came out really fast. Pork Belly Pastrami was superb! No issues with individual checks. All aroundthumbs up Read more
We didn't have food, although they were still serving after midnight. Fantastic smells permeated through out the spacious... atmosphere. It was quiet, but I can only imagine the bustle when it's full of eager patrons. We elbowed at the front bar andimmediately engaged in conversations. I looked around and felt I was at a ski lodge high up in the Alps. Someone then calledfrom the back rooms. We headed back there and joined the Black Angels after concert DJ party. The music day perfectly and theconversations whirled with discussions that changed people's perspectives for long term. I wandered out into the little backoutside section of the place. More conversations ensued. We stayed until the closing hours savoring the pleasure of such a greatestablishment. Look forward to going back in the future to partake in the food and the atmosphere of East Atlanta. Definitelyworthy of exploring. Go ahead, go in and see for yourself. Read more

Great tap list and food was awesome. Wings and tofu were really good, and loved their DJ! Kept the energy up in the place all... night. They're open for food later than traditional dinner spots, so it's a cool place if you're a late dinner person. Read more
My friends had enjoyed the meatloaf on their previous visit, but on this visit, we enjoyed burgers and fries, served with a... pickle slice Had we been rich, we would have ordered grouper ($30). The restaurant, a former A&P grocery store back in the1950s, and later a colorful flea market, has been beautifully finished out with interesting architectural details and artwork. There was an open-air area for dining (located inside the front entry door), then there were several different levels for dininginside the restaurant. We saw a person throwing pizza dough to make pizzas and resolved to try that next time. We appreciatedArgosy's policy of serving only vaccinated people. Our server was excellent, the food was good, the setting was lovely, and weappreciated the free, easy parking. Along with street parking, there is also a big parking lot beside the building. The Argosyis definitely worth a visit when you are in the East Atlanta/Little Five Points/Grant Park area. You will enjoy the ambiance ANDthe food. Read more
Stopped in here for dinner during the week. Really cool look inside and out. Beer menu has a ton of options, including a triple... IPA ???? The hot chicken sandwich was the real winner of the night. Not too hot at all, but full of spices and flavor. We alsohad the Lil Debbie dessert, which turned out to be the perfect southern comfort dessert we were craving . Overall placeappeared very clean, food was delicious and staff attentive and helpful. Read more
Cool venue with good drinks, great food, and helpful staff. I had a Moscow mule and a pizza. My friends ordered the wings and... the impossible burger. The Moscow mule was well made. The pizza was really good, good crust and combination of flavors. And thewings were big, juicy, and tasted great. Read more
