I stop here whenever I?m in the area. The food is always consistently very good; it it?s the service they makes this Arby?s... store exceptional. Always friendly, making sure your order is exactly what you want. I?ve had 6 people?s orders before for takeout here and they didn?t mess up a single one and treated me like royalty. Great drive-thru service! Very fast, great, cheery people at the window and the food was piping' hot!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The cashier was clearly not trained as he didn?t know how to navigate his own... register and had to take my order twice. Once I got my order multiple items were wrong and/or missing snd I still walked out ofthere without 2 things on my order. The cherry on top? The food was cold. Won?t be coming back any time soon. An Area Manager (nice Latin Gentleman) was kind with helping with an order for various Roast Beef sandwiches and Apple turnovers... for my senior uncle and neighbor friend on Saturday afternoon at the Hammond Drive location. Along holiday coupons for futureuse. I will say my uncle and his neighbor really enjoyed the sanat the seniors home down the street. They both had smiles ear toear.
