Here's our review of the Arby's hush puppy battered fish sticks. Not horrible, but not great either. The fish itself is... flavorful and crunchy although extremely small at only about two and a half inches long by 1 and 1/2 in wide. The batter itselfis very similar to a hush puppy without the flavor. Just think fried cornbread. This particular location overcooked their frenchfries a little as well. The other item that we purchased was the brisket sandwich which according to the advertisement shouldhave been layers of beautiful tender brisket smoked for 13 hours, with a sweet barbecue sauce, sliced cheese, and onion petals.However the one we received was extremely dry and looked like it had been sitting for 13 hours instead of smoking. Unfortunatelybecause the sandwich was less than appetizing at a price tag of nearly $7 we opted to exchange it for a chicken sandwich. Themanager did get a little frustrated with our request telling us "the sandwich only comes with 3 ounces of meat and that's how itlooks!" I explained that our problem wasn't fully the amount of meat. It was moreso the dry and unappetizing look. She becameagitated but did replace it. It should be noted we recived a chicken sandwich made of two chicken tenders not a patty. But stilledible. This meals only saving grace were the delicious flavored lemonades. I had peach and my dining partner had strawberry.Consisting of a basic syrup flavoring which was all in the very bottom of the cup. Once we stired it they were pretty good. Thetotal of our purchase was nearly $25. It's no wonder Arby's is only a once in a while visit for us. I give this meal three starsout of 10. I was visiting the ATL and decided to eat my lunch at the Arby's Tuesday " half pound roast beef and cheddar" ,to was hot it was... great. I returned the next day for a do over only to get a cold sandwich ????. Glad to be home. Thanks Arby's. Read more
I believe her name was Tammy, she is the most amazing and sweetest person I?ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Even while... being understaffed, a bit flooded with late nighters like me, she was incredibly kind and quick, made sure everything wasabsolutely 100% right before handing me the food. Even checked the bag in front of me! Politely listing everything i had orderedand asking if id like to add anything else or if more napkins would be helpful. She was amazing and i hate how long it took meto get this review written! Tammy you are beautiful and DESERVE A MASSIVE RAISE AND RECOGNITION! The staff are so professional and friendly the food was hot , fresh and delicious. I can say that this location has really... influenced and inspired my faith in customer service and the quality of a brand . One my many reasons I return to Arby's nomatter what State I'm in. Read more
