Absolutely love this location! The staff is amazing, very polite and friendly. The order is always accurate, served hot/fresh,... the speed of service is consistent and they never forget the cutlery. Highly recommend this location. Read more

We went for the bacon wagyu beef burger. Was really hoping I'd like this burger, but ... Possibly sous vide'd, as claimed, but... then undoubtedly deep-fried to an alarming crustiness, thereby obliterating any hope of the promised pink center. The texturewas off-putting, as well. Kind of gummy, like those cheap-a** frozen Celentano meatballs sold at Walmart, and as arid as theGobi. The toppings were okay, though the intact cheese slice was disappointing. It was, after all, sitting atop the presumablyhot burger. That said, the patty was a sturdy b*****d, and--fast food-wise--there's not much else like it in the marketplace. There was a half-hour wait at 2:30 pm, something else to consider. Read more

Arby's sold potato cakes as their exclusive side order to the roast beef sandwich for years. Then they added curly fries for... people who crave seasoning salt and grease, then crinkle fries for people who prefer something bland and soggy. Suddenly toomany potato options. So which ones do they get rid of? Their iconic signature item. Of all the underwhelming sandwich optionsthey've come up with since decided being the roast beef go to just wasn't enough, I prefer their Reuben. The problem is, you canget a better deli sandwich in any town on earth that has their own kosher food joint. So obviously my problem isn't with thislocation alone. The people who work there are probably perfectly nice folks that for one reason or another find themselveshaving to get by on subsistence wages. I get that. But I used to enjoy getting food from Arby's and now it's the lunch of lastresort. Sad. Read more

I always like to try new sandwiches at Arby's. However the new Rib sandwich is a miss. Meat and fried onions tasteless, barbecue... sauce tasty. Will not try again. Read more

Drive-thru business seems to get slower, and slower these days. I had placed an order for The Bourbon Barrel chicken meal. She... stated to me it would take about five minutes to prepare the chicken. I was asked to pull forward to the door, And wait . That, however turned out to be 20 minutes for the execution of my meal. Because of the DeKalb County Water issue, there was a boilingwater advisory. She stated to me that there was no carbonated beverages. I asked her if they had any beverages at all. They havetea. I asked her specifically if the tea was included with the meal considering the meal comes with a beverage. So not only didshe charge me for a meal without the beverage she also charged me an additional $1.99 my tea. And by the looks of my fries, itlacked. Food was overall salty. Not worth the wait or time. I will not be back. Read more
