Customer Service is way better than other fast food spots! Food is good but there's a hit or miss on the quality... chicken... fried too hard or too much dang sauce on the Buffalo chicken sandwich ???????????drinks seem to be flat or sweet tea lackingsugar, most of the time! Got here at 11:10pm, and they are basically closed while employees are inside just looking out. Website says close at 12am, this... is my 3rd time coming here at 11 and they?re are closed, won?t be coming back to this one for sure. Read more
Depending on the staff their customer services is AMAZING. Dont get the wrong cashier or manager they are can be Rude to the... 10th power. Depending on the staff your food may or may not be hot. Its Ashame when the Caucasian Manager is there the food ishot, and customer service is always AMAZING. This location will give you old or cold food or both. I love Arby's but I hateeating here. Fairly good Arby's location that has struggled with lingering staffing issues after the pandemic. Pre-pandemic, this location... was super. It looks like they are getting it back together again. I went two weeks in a row and the dining room was open,sauce dispensers full, and no more to-go bags for the dining room. Nice remodel of the dining room too. Employees are nice. Read more
The fish, gyros, and fries were tasty but not hot off the grill the way I like. Everything tasted like it had been kept warm... under a heat lamp. I think food loses its flavor that way. Read more
I tried the pecan chicken salad today and was quite disappointed to find that it was just a mayonnaise chicken salad. I did not... find a single pecan in my entire serving. I chose to get the sandwich without the bread and was able to add lettuce leavesinstead for an extra 29 cents. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy, the chicken salad was also fresh and had fresh grapes andapples added. The the chicken salad did not have any spices in it though so it was rather plain and tasteless with only thefruit to flavor it. Would have been much better with the pecans or maybe salt and cracked pepper ir some spices added. Servicewas great, My order came out accurate and I received napkins, a straw, and a fork in my bag as needed to enjoy my meal. Read more
Service service is usually pretty good here but I disagree with the dress code none of the employees working in the kitchen have... a hair net or baseball cap what's up with that? Are they letting people slide just because they're black? I worked for fullservice and fast food restaurants when in my twenties and then again a few years ago working part-time while working a full-timejob to make some extra money...... And each place I worked at here in Georgia at Burger King Pizza Hut and the Philly Hut inCovington everyone wore hair nets or baseball cap and didn't have their hair hanging out like they do here. Normally they are my go to late night spot, but tonight I got there at 10:35 and they turned off the lights on me at the drive... through after I had sat there for several minutes. Pull up to the window and they yell at me that they are closed even thoughtheir sign says 1 am. Looks like KFC is my new spot Read more
