I got two 10 pieces combos tonight . The wings smells burnt and taste like they were cooked bad grease tonight and the taste is... over powering the wings. I came here to grab a quick bite for lunch and was surprised when I was overcharged for my meal. It says one price on the board... and they refuse to honor it. The reason was that it "included tax" when very clearly you can see it is separate. Definitelywon't come back to this location Read more
Walked in and cashier was extremly rude, after takind order started making remarks under her breath. She then proceed to be... super friendly to all the other customer that followed. I guess Latinos/Hispanics aren't welcome at this establishments. Read more
Poor customer service because the old lady taking the orders is cold and rude. They have a sign up saying you have to ask for... celery, but the same lady said the stop giving celery a long time ago due to covid. (fyi: other wing places are still givingout celery and you don't have to ask for it.). The wings are very small, average sauce and fries are small too and bland (justout the bag). Making it a comb will run you $15+ at this location. As for the cleanliness of the place, it's below average. Why? the waiting area for orders are just tables pushed together, so there isn't alot to clean, but it looked like no one iscleaning. Sadly this was my first time at this location and my last. My truth is, if it wasn't for me wanting something fast,I would not have gotten anything, but I will give a "hole in the wall place a chance because there are some very good ones inthe ATL". Walked into location almost an hour prior to closing. No one greeted me when I walked in. To only deal with a disgusting... attitude in the form of customer service. Cashier purposely counted down cash drawer making it impossible to place a much neededorder. Clearly False advertising during hours of operations. Literally closing up shop before CLOSE. This location NEVER answers their phone and when you walk in there is absolutely no line. Most of the employees are nice but... like a lot of other places you have a few that need more training in customer service or should just find another place ofemployment. Lastly, they don?t know what ?crispy but wet? means. I don?t want small extra DRY overly fried wings. There arebetter wing places not too far with better options and service. This location sucks. Something told me not tp eat there..Staff!!! Ive had american deli in duluth and honestly thought i would have had a good... experience here at this location. Terrible all i am saying ..shrimp fried rice....shrimps are cut in halves so the quantity youare getting is cut in half. Taste is sour. Not recommended and def not going back there. Read more
Them cooks dont listen...I saw the cashier tell the young Latino cook no hard brown fries and he served me some anyway. I JUST... saw him dump them same fries back in the tray for someone else to have and HAD A ATTITUDE...wont go back! Read more
