Worst American deli heavy set lady as a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible I mean horrible attitude then told me to... speak up don?t mumble Under my breath so I said it loud and clear you attitude sucks and your customer is horrible. First time at this location. The coldness off the cashier was enough for me to walk out. Not welcoming at all.
Wort American Deli experience ever; from the rude waitress when I ordered, to the inaccuracy of my order. Plus, the space was... filled with cursing teens who management ignored and a fight nearly broke out. If I hadn't already ordered and paid, I wouldhave left! 1st time there! We got lemon pepper wings, and shrimp fried rice, it was delicious! Definitely a new fave!
Avoid this American Deli if you value good customer service. I went to this location and was instantly met with an attitude by a... girl with blue hair/braids. I obviously bothered her as she had to get up out of her seat to take my order. I was overlyfriendly to see if it would take her out of her funk, but I did not succeed and was presented with rolling eyes and attitudewhen I asked a simple question. Why did she feel like she could be rude is beyond me, but I left without completing my order. There is no way I was having her prepare or handle my food and I would rather spend my money where I?m valued as a customer. Read more
Omg the fact that the slow as cashier decides to clean up spilled milk on the counter for 25 mins instead of taking orders is... beyond me. I just came to this location American deli store number 230. The cashier was on the phone really loud talking. Unprofessionally,... sneezing, coughing, touching her face and touching my food. I asked her not to put my food in a bag and she stared at me veryrudely continuously, laughing at me because I did not want her touching my food as she was touching her face her nose. Thenproceeded to yell at me we got into a screaming match, because I did not want her to put my food in a bag with her yelling at meover that I would never come here again service was beyond rude and unprofessional.
