Picked up and ate lemon pepper and hot wings after calling my order in. The wings were very good (despite being a bit too salty)... and they followed my directions to make them extra crispy. This location was packed around 8:30pm on a Thursday- and I can seewhy. Read more

I ordered the wings, they were dry and so old!! it was like chewing on a wet sock! So strange because that shrimp is delicious!

Disappointed with my meal today it was nasty. The wet lemon pepper wings were too drenched in sauce. Usually you would expect a... crunch with the lemon pepper flavor but it was soggy. The taste was overpowering and salty. The burger was nasty, the bun wasnot fresh the burger patty tasted old and nasty. A nasty meat flavor. The lettuces and tomato was nasty. The mayo was soggy. I asked how much to mix flavors and the person taking the orders said 50 cents, when I got my receipt, I had been charged 75.... Now I know that?s not a big deal to a lot of people but when I addressed it she told me she didn?t know. And wouldn?t give methe 25 cent difference. If you really do the math?an extra 25 per order all day long is a scam on their customers.Hypothetically if they had 200 covers and added 25 on each ticket that?s an extra $50 in their pocket for the lie. Sheliterally had change on the counter but refused to accommodate me for her mistake (lie). So she gave me my refund with anattitude. So I happily left with all of my money to graciously patronize another establishment that wouldn?t lie to me to myface to make a profit. The lemon pepper wet is amazing! Love this place so much. I drove 2 hours from sc to buy 100 wings for my friends birthday and... they were still just as good warmed up later on. Their lemon pepper actually tastes like real lemons and it only took them 15minutes to whip up a cool hundred. Well priced also. Read more

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT AMERICAN DELI ON HOWELL MILL!!! This may happen to you too. I went into this location... 5/24/17 & placed an order. Going off of the sign they had displaying their wing flavors, I made my decision. Once I got my wingsI realized that the flavor I wanted was available just not displayed on the sign as an option. I asked for a small side cup tomask the flavor that was on the wing. I could have asked them to remake it but I tried to be convenient & courteous of theirtime & mine. The lady told me it would be an additional charge for sauce. I explained to her that if their options would havebeen properly displayed then I would not have chosen that flavor. Instead of saying "ma'am I apologize but I have to charge you"or "ok well next time make sure you ask" she started raising her voice. She asked me in a condescending tone "why did you orderthis if you did not want it? Did you or did you not order this?" I explained to her again about the sign. I even picked it up &showed her. She walked off to the side, sat down & started playing on her phone. I asked for my money back & then she pretendedthat she didn't understand what I was saying. When I asked the woman pictured her name, she looked at me, snorted & said "why?"I said I'm going to speak to your manager. She looked at me laughed & went back to her phone. When I saw she wouldn't give meher name I took the picture. I came into the location 5/25/17 & asked to speak to the manger. I told her that the problem wasnot the extra charge but the manner in which her employee spoke to me & the horrible customer service I received. She keptmaking excuses for her employee until I showed her this picture. I explained to her that everyone is entitled to get frustratedbut it is how we deal with that frustration that makes the difference. The manger, "Hailey," offered to give me my money back.I said that would be a step in the right direction. She then refused to give me my money back Read more
