I used the mobile app to order the Buy one 10 pc chicken nugget and get another 10 pc for a penny. After leaving we discovered... we had a 10 pc order plus one more nugget which was a total of 11 pcs. Someone must have thought the penny was for 1 more nuggetinstead of another 10 pc. Was on my way to Little Rock for my child?s doctor appointment this morning and after being on the road for over an hour I... wanted McDonald?s. I had already stopped at the one in Russellville and they had me sitting in the drive thru like to pay for 10minutes. I left and decided to stop at this McDonald?s location. They too were ?cleaning? their frappe maker(again, wonderingwhy it isn?t done at closing the night before and if they sit dirty all night??). I ordered a sausage and cheese McGriddle and asmall water. I stayed at the window for 5 minutes watching her fight with the machine to get my water and I seen my food wasjust sitting there. Not once did the lady in the drive thru see me trying to get her attention to tell her it?s not a big dealconsidering I had a bottle of water in my car, she just left me sitting there. No opening the window to acknowledge me, didn?ttry and hand me my food or anything? the water was free so I wasn?t worried about it, and I would have paid for it anyways justso I could have had my breakfast and left. Broken shake machine means lazy cleanup crew, Goes down hill from there.
It was good for fast food today, the service was great, and the drive-thru wait was minimal.
