Stopped in for some ice cream and man were we impressed. This store has to be the cleanest Braums I've ever been to. No kidding.... The folks there were very nice and friendly but the thing that struck me the most was how clean it was inside, even therestrooms. I'll be back when in Athens I assure you. Read more

The lady who gave us our order in the drive thru was too busy berating a younger employee who was trying to do their job when... she tried to give us the wrong order. She scolded him with the window open. Very unprofessional. Had to ask for our utensils. Read more

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. My wife got a twist cone and the chocolate frozen yogurt in the cone had turned bad. We... both tasted it and it had a strong chemical/metallic taste and left our mouths tingling. So we took the cone back to the counterand as discretely as we could let them know. Neither the person at the counter nor the manager they called over believed us. Weweren't trying to do anything other than let them know that the chocolate was bad so they could replace it. With the poorresponse, I think it will be a long time before we go back. Read more
I love their milkshakes the most. They use real ice cream instead of soft serve, of course. There's something about a good old... fashioned milkshake though. The burgers are pretty good, too. They are better than most fast food burgers. Expect the burgers tobe smaller because of the quality, however. Higher quality at a fair price is always going to be a smaller portion size, butit's definitely worth it. I've always loved their huge selection of ice cream and the small market. Although from a distance this location seems clean and organized. After having sat In a booth and seeing the dusty blinds, it... gave me a reason to look around. Let me just say that as a game to pass time, my 2 grandchildren had fun counting the bugs inthe overhead light fixtures. Being a previous Store Manager for 20 years, I, nor my District manager would have allowed this.And this is a restaurant where people eat and look up at all the crunchy bugs. Unacceptable.
