Store was clean but the service was terrible. The person taking my order stood without saying anything or acknowledging me in... anyway. I didn't see any spinach out and asked if they had any...He turned around and walked to the back without saying anythingwhile giving a deep sigh. The other worker at least had the courtesy to tell me he was getting it from the back. When the firstworker came back with the spinach it was wadded up in his hand and not in a tray. When I asked to add drinks, chips, etc he tooka very adversarial tone. I love Subway so I hope this gets sorted. Read more

So where here getting 4 sub Sandwiches. And I asked for Spinach and she puts a handful on and it get all in my meatball Mariana... sandwich and she picks the spinach up out if my sandwich and puts spinach that has Mariana sauce all over it and places it backin the pan where the spinach goes. This was so disgusting and Nasty. They have done this before a out 2 years ago and I calledthem and told them and said they are. It suppose to do that I was like you think.. The mngmt has recently changed since reopening from the tornados. I have been driving farther to come to this location. The food... is better, the young man that works evening shift is so pleasant and takes pride in his work. I went to the walmart locationwhile I was shopping just about a week ago and that was the nastiest place I have ever seen. 3 young people were playing aroundwhile customers were waiting and they looked very unprofessional. One had his hat turned upside down and turned sideways. Onewas sweeping and slinging dirt and dust everywhere whike giggling and the other young man was making someone a sandwich. Iwouldn't want it after dirt was slung over it. You can sure tell Sue isnt there anymore. Thats ok, She is at the white streetlocation and it is clean, the food is fresh and I dont know about anyone else working there but I appreciate the young manworking evenings. He does a great job!! This location used to be a really good Subway, but since an apparent recent change in management, it has seemed to go down hill.... I was in there today and waited about five minutes before the two workers came inside from the back door. There was a woman infront of me who said she had been waiting five minutes herself before I came in, and she had to leave before the workers camein. My sandwich was made well and tasted alright, but someone should have been upfront or within hearing range to know whencustomers were there. Read more
