Dining room was practically empty. Me and another table a most. All of us just trying to enjoy our food. But the kitchen....... Ohhh the kitchen... The language I heard being yelled from there. I don't know who she is but someone in charge never stoppedyelling the entire time I was there. She yelled at just about every employee in the kitchen and about every food item. Nuggets,sausage egg and cheese, fries, all of it. It wasn't just a "hey do you have x product down?" It was screaming at people for notdoing it. I ended up dumping most of my food and walking out. staff after 8pm are a little new, maybe a new shift where they are training people. the kiosks typically are out of receipt... paper so don't expect one. food is good, typical McDonald's experience 6/10. good stuff! Read more
Store associates seem to really not care about anything at this facility. I get that this is hard work for a terrible wage, but... after 6-7 times of having a missing item or incorrect item, it really makes me wonder. You?d be better off going to anotherlocation in Athens. Read more
My son and daughters orders of bacon were great, but my big breakfast was suppose to include 2 slices of bacon and there was... only 1 and it was raw. Read more
The manager stated they were short-staffed. They did not have enough workers to run the register upfront so the manager was... directing everyone to use the kiosk. about 4 customers left upfront because they wouldn't take their order or acknowledge themand they didn't want to use the kiosk. ( either because of not knowing how or they are unable to customize their order) we usedthe kiosk that we were ordered to do by management and then reminded them after it took a while and had not gotten the food.then he states the kiosk is not working well at first he came off pretty rude and blunt but after a while softened up hisdemeanor a bit towards us. The meals were missing a few things that had been ordered and the manager was going to remake saidsandwich and we told him to just give us the toppings to place on the sandwich ourselves. The other sandwich had very skimpytoppings. And the food was lukewarm. I can say they rest of the staff were pleasant that we slightly interacted with. Read more
I love this branch fast friendly and clean Also the store got new self serving machine which gonna save a lot of time since you... can customize your order especially if you got kidz and you wanna to have no salt or tartar sauce in the best fillet ofish. I ordered extra pickles and sauce on my big mac, I got more than extra everything- its was slopped on and I couldn?t finish it... from the outrageous amount of toppings (it was overflowing with lettuce and one bite was only onions, again I only ordered extrapickles and sauce).The customized burger wasn?t labeled either, the basket of fries was cold, and my drink came in two cups/lidswhich separated and spilled when I picked it up.
