Mediocre at best... First of all walking in to the restaurant we were told they aren't taking orders at the register... Have to... order on the app.... Then got our food-takeout. The salad was ridiculous. Barely any lettuce. Ordered cookies, which apparentlyare still at the restaurant. Extra seasoning on the fries.... Not! this location was great a year ago, but recently it has gone downhill. i always end up waiting ~20 minutes for old chicken and... soggy fries. they also always forget something, be it napkins or sauce that you pay extra for. Read more

I hardly ever eat Zaxbys, but I wanted something different for once. Terrible idea. The line was wrapped around the building and... out to the road but parking lot wasn?t full so I went in to order. I waited for 22 minutes after ordering my food. One workerwas standing near the kitchen eating and drinking a smoothie while 2 other workers were doing all the cooking. I understandplaces are short staffed, I really do. No one in that place was working hard or even trying to please customers. They were allextremely rude. The only girl on the register didn?t greet anyone and definitely didn?t smile. At one point the manager told hernot to take anymore orders bc they were too short. The girl didn?t even bother to try to tell customers. I ended up tellingpeople for her bc she would just stand there or walk away from the counter while people waited to order. One girl was 4 peopleahead of me when I ordered. They called the lady before me then they called my name and we told them that the other lady was waybefore us. They had put her order in a bag and slid it to the side and never called her name. It had been sitting there for godonly knows how long and they just handed it to her like it was nothing. One lady walked up and said she was missing her coleslawand the girl at the counter said oh we don?t have any. The lady said well I?m sure I paid for it with my meal so do I get moneyback for the slaw? The girl told her she could have extra fries. The lady had already ordered an extra thing of fries for hertoddler. Had she of been properly told that they were out in the first place, she could have ordered extra fries in the place ofthe slaw and not paid for some for her toddler. And while I?m already ranting, they were also out of tea and many other drinksin the machine. Wow this place is went completely downhill you go in to order the food and the girls at the register cut their eyes at you and... basically look like they hate white people. I feel completely judged when I go in there and I'll never even dream of steppingfoot back in this pathetic store with the employees that are so mad they look like they want to beat you up for coming in to getfood. Absolutely horrible customer service they're basically racist in there cutting their eyes at you looking at you all mad you can... tell they hate their lies and their job and they take it out on you every time I go in there. Terrible wait time at drive thru, seems it always is. Drink machines are either out or one doesn?t work, every single time I?m... there. Food is just ok, lately?. Fries are always soggy and they took fried mushrooms off the menu. Really, Zaxby?s ?? One ofbest items on menu !!!! Last 2 times I was there, my toast was burned as well and chicken overdone. Sat in line for over 20 mins for fries that are not cooked all the way and fingers the size of half a fry. Wow.

Worst food quality that I?ve had at a Zaxby?s ever. I was so excited to try this location for their 4.5 stars on here, but it... was such a disappointment. My house salad that I always get was just straight lettuce. Four pieces of tomatoes and then barelyany cucumber, cheese, fried onion, and chicken. Chicken was cold and super dry. Toast was only toasted on one side. I?ve alwaysraved and loved the house salad, but paying nearly $9 for this salad to just get lettuce is such a ripoff. I also ordered aboneless wing meal for my husband, got a few sauces on the side, and the nuclear sauce was completely missing. Thankfully, I?velearned from previous Zaxby?s experience to never leave the drive-thru until the bag is checked and all items are accounted for- as we always have something missing.
