Sat in line for 20+ minutes, and received this. Note: I was only 4 cars back from the speaker when I drove up. Rubbery, dry... chicken. This is rolled in nuclear??? There was absolutely no spice, and only a faint hint of Buffalo flavor. I was extremelydisappointed in the product - especially given the insane wait time. I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1, ONLY because the girl atthe window was nice, even though she was being run rampant. She literally was running orders out to cars. If I would have hadanother half hour to waste, I would have gone in and asked for fresh and PROPER food. Sadly, I was on my lunch break and hadalready used that majority of my time. Read more

The fries were warm, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned, but the nibblers weren't up to their usual quality. Chicken wasn't... freshly cooked, buns were hard and dry as though they'd been sitting out all day or longer. Times are tough! Read more

I have gone to this location three times and they have the sign out front that says Dining Room Open! No Really! Only for the... doors to be locked and a note posted on the door saying dining room closed due to staffing. Can't explain how disappointedthisakes me. It only takes one person to take orders inside but Zaxby's make out good by not having to refill drinks and takeout trash. I am just tired of lazy people who don't want to work but will take a handout when available. Read more
