I used to live in Atlanta where Willy's started. I would go a few times a week. Have moved up near Lake Hartwell and there... aren't any in our area. Was over in Athens the other day and came across this location. Great customer service and awesomefood as usual! I will be coming back again next time I am in town. is it really that hard to write the names you ask for on the burrito? every single time we have to sit around cutting open... employee burritos to see who's is who's. Details: 1) 0 for 100 in putting names on customer provided names on orders withmultiple burritos. 2) One delivery order that was never delivered only for us to be asked to jump through a bunch of hoops bycorporate and to never even get refunded. Thats all the time I have for this and will simply use Chipotle in the future as theyseem to get it right. Read more
I've been coming here periodically for a number of years, if I ate out more often I'd probably come more. Although over the... years there have some staff that were a let down, my past two visits have been stellar. Highlighting those visits is "Ty", aline server who lights up the whole place with his awesome attitude, friendliness, commitment to customer satisfaction. Thefirst time he served me, some months ago, he recommended an item, saying he made it himself and knows it was good, and it ofcourse it was. This last visit he amazingly remembered me, and I asked for his recommendation --in fun-- and he said he madeeverything, so it's all good! And that seems to be the case, between great eats, staff all with good vibes, and competitiveprices, I'm recommitted to Willy's. Read more
Willy's is better than any other southwestern style food joint. The food is ALWAYS delicious and clean. I have eaten at "fine... dining " establishments and received less amicable service. Truett is a fantastic manager and runs a clean staff. As a RealEstate Investment professional I eat on the go often. I highly recommend going in and grabbing lunch or dinner. They'll treatyou right. Some solid burrito skills at this spot. I really dig their tofu recipe. Everyone hustles to get exactly what you want, even in... the dead heat of a lunch rush. Also, Ty is the man, no matter how busy he always has a second to chat and make a friend ofeveryone that walks in the door. Read more
