Usually love this location, but was very disappointed when I drove ten miles to place an order, only to be told they don?t do... to-go orders for the better part of the weekends. As an immunocompromised person, it?s very upsetting to be given the ultimatumto dine-in and be exposed to COVID-19 or leave empty-handed. If you can serve a packed diner, why not us? Read more
I go in on September 3rd, 2022, Sunday night about 8:30pm, and what happened next shocked me. I go through the doors, there were... about 9 customers to the left and at the counter. The right side counters and tables were completely emptied. The customers onmy left and at the counter had already been served with food and drinks. Here is where it all gets confused, I go through thedoors and instead of getting welcomed, I was told that they were out of food, all out of dishes, there were no seats availableeven though the right side of the restaurant had no customers, that they were out of everything. I leave to go to another WaffleHouse about five minutes down the road, they welcomed me and they served me. Read more
