The quality of food here remains high. I have visited this location twice in recent days & was served by the same young man. He... was cheerful, servant oriented & answered my questions happily. On one visit he went out of his way to get me some sodiumcontent info I needed before making a menu choice. I also used a company survey coupon & there were no issues. I recommend. Read more
Had a excellent Customer service experience with Maria this Christmas Eve. We had a pre-paid ham and she noticed the difference... and took care of it. She and her helper made it right. Wow, wow. We can't wait to go back here. I picked up lunch for my husband and I. We ordered sandwiches, two of them. It cost me... $17.00. They came with complimentary chips. I took them home for us, and they were very good. The service was incredible. Thegeneral manager Brandie helped me. She took it a step further and told me all about their catering services while I was there.Their catering options are wonderful! She brought out their catering manager, I was able to meet her and take her card with me.I'll definitely be using them for some events we have. Also met the local owner Matt. Very disappointed, ordered 2 sandwiches that were supposed to have just ham, turkey, bacon, and swiss. They both somehow ended... up with mayonnaise on them so I had to bring them back to get new ones after I had already gone back to work. But I believerather than making new ones they just took off the parts that had mayonnaise on them and gave them back to me on a new bunbecause the sandwiches are substantially smaller than the ones I brought back. By the time I returned to work my lunch break wasover so it was extremely disappointing to have to deal with this. Will not be returning to this establishment. Read more
Just a delightful place to have lunch any day of the week! I have been coming to this location for 10 years and have always been... thrilled with the owner, service, cleanliness of the restaurant, and quality of food. If you have never tried the Tavern Ham ontoasted bread you will just fall in love with it! My wife loves the Ham Salad and hardly ever tries anything different. You justcan't beat their sandwiches - they are just fantastic! Read more
