Very poor experience. I tried to call them about a delivery not happening and the person who answered was very rude about it.
This is the worst Subway in Athens. I went to day to pickup my lunch which I ordered on the mobile app. There was no chips in... the store, wanted a steak and cheese, but they didn't have cheese, was out of most of the topping. It's been like this for awhile now with the chips. If you are going to close the store, please go ahead and do so. If not, please order supplies so yourcustomers can get what they want. Only Subway near my office. . Also the staff changes every week if not every day. You couldnever go in and see the same employees in this store. Read more
TERRIBLE!!! Absolutely disappointed at their service and operating hours. Everytime I come to this subway on lumpkin, I get... turned away at the door every time. They say the are closed even though they don?t close until a couple hours later.I always goat 8 pm and they are either closed or out of bread or something. Read more

Went in on a Thursday night at 8:20 looking forward to a meatball sub. There were 4 customers inside. The employee asked if I... had a mobile order and when I said no, he said that they were closed and those were his last customers. The website & googlemaps advertise they are open until 9:00. I went to Subway around 6:45ish on tonight (February 19 2021) and they only had one woman working the entire store. That's not... her fault by far but I just want to say she was KILLING it, she had a huge line, online orders to fulfill, had to restockingredients and bake the subway rolls. And of course ring up customers! I hate that she was left on her own on a Friday nightaround dinner but I just wanted to leave a review because I didn't take my receipt to leave a positive note to corporate and Ididn't get a chance to see her name tag. It surely had to be stressful but she was killing it where I probably would've cried inthe bathroom or quit. Read more
I had lunch twice at this specific Subway location and I loved it. We all know Athens is Dawg (UGA) Nation and this Subway... embodies that as well. The new spinach wrap is fantastic. They are friendly out there and it is refreshing. The place is cleanand that must be the number one priority about any food business. Read more
Ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki with cheese and lettuce through Uber eats. When I received the sandwhich it was chicken... breast, no cheese a few strands of lettuce and the bread was soaked with chicken teriyaki sauce. Pathetic. Read more
