Yesterday, I visited this store and asked with the female staff when I order three sandwiches online, do you have enough stuff... to prepare them (yes I asked this because another staff in this store cancelled my orders because of lacking food!). She saideverything is okay and I ordered three sandwiches online and I saw she got their receipts. Nearly after 15-20 minutes, I turnedback the store, many customers were waiting to give their orders in the line, the staff seemed very angry and crazy! She wasyelling and talking with herself! I asked my orders because the drop off time was over 30 minutes. She said to me ?I didn?t getyour orders, I don?t have any receipts so I will not prepare your orders!? What?! I said I saw you got the receipts. She startedto yelling to me and to talking with herself! I requested to her cancel my orders but she just yelled and cursed! I called thepolice and thanks God, they just arrived 5 minutes. She looked very crazy and other customers left immediately from the store.The police talked with her manager and canceled my orders. She seemed very crazy and dangerous. I never go this store again,NEVER order something from the Subways!!! because I love the life! She was a very dangerous person!!! Read more
Most definitely won't be going back. Walked up to the counter and the employee was at the other end of the counter on his... phone. When he finally acknowledged me I asked for 2 six inch subs one on white and one on wheat. He immediately in a rude waysaid I don't have anything but wheat. Some of the vegetables looked terrible and some of the cheese was dried up and theemployees attitude was just as bad. When my husband fixed his sprite it was completely water. So when my husband asked him aboutthe sprite he again is on his phone he acted like it was a big inconvenience to even get out of of his chair. To replace it.Poor customer service and food. I just wanted to say the few times I have come into this store the young man that works the counter does a great job. It appears... he is the only one ever working and no matter how busy he is he keeps his cool and gets the job done. He is efficient andpolite. The food is fine. The store was kinda clean. My main issue is with the attitude of the staff. A blonde guy with a beard was... making snarky passive aggressive comments to me when ordering. I don?t mind that they were slow, I do mind when people give suchpoor attention to doing something as simple as being kind or show a smile. It?s not hard. I?ve been to this location many timesand haven?t ever had an issue with the service aspect of my visit, but I don?t think I?ll be coming back. 2/10 would notrecommend. Read more
So yesterday was my first time going on myself to this subway. I will not go back. I went twice. The first time was in the... morning. The lady was complaining about everything to every customer and that is poor customer service. My sandwich was decent.Could have been better. She didn?t change her gloves after every sandwich made. I?ve worked at subway before and you aresupposed to change gloves. Then I went yesterday afternoon and the lady who made my sandwich had the worst attitude ever!!!!!!!!She seemed like she didn?t want to be there. Poor customer service I understand when you are short staffed it gets chaotic but that should be the last of your worries. My... sandwiches were toasted after repeatedly stating I wanted heated. Messy service , after all that my chicken was still cold. Thefountain drink area was low in supply and dirty, tables still had food from the previous customer. Absolutely SHOCKED that people treat people so poorly these days. We called first thing in the morning to place a small catering... order. The Manager was helpful and assured us we could come at 5:00pm and pick up our order. We called back around at 3:00pm andspoke with the same Manager to confirm once again. All good. We show up to get our order and the Manager isn?t there. Theemployee there tells us he can?t make catering orders, only the Manger can. No other customers are in the store. It?s only 10sandwiches. He refuses to make them. The Manager that confirmed our order TWICE, never shows. We had an entire group of peopleleft hungry, since the Manager couldn?t keep his word and fulfill our order. We were left with 20 minutes to scramble and figureout another way to feed our group. DISGUSTING way to treat people. Read more
