Lots of drinks to choose from , plus you can have them make your own concoction. The employees knew what they were doing and did... it with a smile. It was a easent experience ordering from the menu at the drive thru. Our order was served quickly and just theway we expected. The parking lot was easy to access and was well maintained. The Pink Drink is awesome and well worth the visit.We also ordered snacks and food and it did not disappoint. Cake pops are yummy, especially the chocolate. Read more

(technically 4.5 stars) best starbucks in Athens. friendliest baristas, amazing service, hell- just last week they apologized... about not having a particular sandwich i had ordered on mobile.. and offered me a free replacement AND a gift card! they?re sosweet. i only deducted a half star out of obligation of a few incorrect drinks over the year i?ve primarily been a regular atthis location(drinking a shaken espresso without sugar right now lol), but accidents happen. i go in on occasion to doschoolwork, most patrons are super courteous and quiet, some idle conversations can get loud but you?re in public.. so.. yeah.restrooms are so clean, i get self conscious of mine at home. they?re busy a good majority of the day, i highly recommend doingmobile orders and picking up in store if you?re in a rush! amazing job guys. wish this was a unionized location though.. ;) <3 Read more
I?ve been so many starbucks but I have never experienced service the way I do at this starbucks location. This store has the... most caring staff they genuinely make every guest feel special. I?m in college and I?ve been having to stay up later to studyfor finals and I usually end up having to come late before close to grab a drink. Everytime they never make me feel like abother even though it?s closing time. The service is like no other. Very thankful for the team at this starbucks especially whenHue and Shantae are working. It's a Starbucks. If you don't know, they're drinks are great but pricey. I typically get seasonal drinks or the strawberry... refresher, they're always good. This particular Starbucks was well cleaned (bathroom included!) And the service was speedy. Read more
Came here today and ordered 4 shots of expresso over ice, 6 pumps of sugar free vanilla and soy milk. The young lady Danna who... claimed to be a supervisor claimed her manager told her to charge people for a latte at almost 9 dollars. I order this drinkevery Starbucks I go to and pay for ever I order! Her customer service was terrible and very rude! I came there to place myorder not to be told what to order and tried over charge me. When we can buy single shots of whatever we want and put them allin a cup. Read more
