The service itself was good but they completely forgot about my order. I got the most simple thing which was a cup of water and... a cut, un-toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. After waiting 2 min. I got the water but then it took another 12-15 and mehaving to rewait it in the long line because my order was clearly forgotten about. I know they forgot about it too because therewas no sticker on the bag and I had to remind them of my order. Not good in that aspect. Read more
I absolutely love the staff here. So helpful, friendly and funny. This location is fairly prompt, despite the high patronage. No... matter how busy, they seem to get everyone through extremely quickly, and I've never once had an order turn out wrong, no matterhow backed up and crazy it was. *That* is not something I can say about a single other restaurant in any cuisine that I've goneto except for Caribou Coffee in Atlanta. The staff is great but the location is tough. Drive-thru wraps the building and blocks traffic on 2 sides. There is a cross... walk to another store an people are asked to not block the crosswalk but people do anyway. Again the staff is great and thedrinks are standard Starbucks fare. Read more
I love this store and their staffs! They always prepare good lattes to me! You can say ?This is a Starbucks store. You will find... the same standard coffees and tastes?, but I will say ? No, even if I order the same coffees, the best coffees are prepared bythe amazing employees of this store.? Read more

Hopping busy! So incredibly nice and quick though, there is just a huge demand at this location. Going inside is usually... quickest for me, just watch the parking next to the drive thru, if the line double wraps around, it can take you a while toget out. Read more
People seem nice but my order has been wrong twice. When Christmas comes around , i expect to get the Christmas toppings ; i... ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha. i received it but without the whip or the peppermint. what?s the point ? Second time ,i ordered a java chip Frappuccino. It was very rushed and they did not add the java chips in the drink. Again , what?s the pointin the java chip without the actual java chips. If they are out of the ingredients , i?d prefer to be let known then i wouldn?thave gotten the drink. I hate that i?ve payed twice for a drink without the proper stuff that goes into it. Read more
