I had the worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. All the negative reviews on here are 100% correct. I got in line and... watched 6 cars ahead of me leave the drive up intercom and then drive off and leave. Then drove up and waited several minutes atthe intercom with not a sound. I drove up to the window. The one tooth girl opened the window and very rudely told me "It'scalled patience" I ask if I could order. she said NO! (there was no one behind me). I told her I was going to report her to theowner. She said "Go right ahead and then gave me the middle finger". I recently waited for 25 minutes for a simple order. Several other people I know have had similar experiences, and the recent... reviews are full of the same sorts of problems. This location used to be very reliable, but it has clearly gone downhill. Read more
Will have you sitting at the drive thru 10+ minutes before they will say anything to you, have said hello 5 times and nothing... back. No car in front of me? editing this post because not only did I sit at the speaker 10+ minutes when I got to the window,the lady with 1 tooth poured half of my bag of ice on me, didn?t even say sorry said ?well I tied it? then sat for a good 15minutes waiting for a grilled cheese and corn dog. Ordered food. After 30 min of waiting no food . Asked for money back.. they refunded someone elses ticket... for 6$ instead of... our 30$ ticket.Employees out in their cars with friends. Employees not working on company hours. Will never be back . So glad Idon't live near this sonic. Took over 15 minutes to get correct refund. Read more

Why don?t you apologize for putting it on my food? * My first time to a Sonic. Buyone get one free coupon. They had obviously scraped the whip cream off of mine. No straws. Top 50% too thin for spoon, andmelting fast. Surprisingly not very comparable to Dairy Queen?s Blizzard. Way too sweet, does not taste like ice cream. This used to be a great Sonic location...that's unfortunately not the case anymore. The last few times I've been my order has... not been correct, the fries were soggy and cold, and the burgers were overcooked and had no taste. I can still get decentmozzarella sticks here, but it isn't enough to keep me coming back. With as many choices as we have nowadays, I can findsomewhere else to procure a half-decent overpriced burger. Read more
I wanted a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger with no mayo and no lettuce. The girl kept taking off tomato. She did it three... times. Finally I got frustrated and said just give me whatever and I'll take it off myself. Tots were greasy and under seasoned. Shake was really good. Read more
Placed order. Did not have onion ring so they replaced without telling me the did not have onion ring and what would I like. I... stopped in lot called the the woman who answered said well what do you want me to do about it. I?m responded with with I willnot be returning to thins location. Her response was ?I don?t really care if you come back?. I asked her name she refused togive it to me. I walked up to the door and ask as it was open and no one would own up to it!
