We have been to Athens Location twice in the last three (3) weeks both at Lunch and for dinner. Their Ice Cream Machine is out... of service. The Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Slider were drastically over cook. The 2nd attempt on the order was not asbad, but still over cooked. Read more
I thought the Sonic I'm Dawsonville was bad but this one is worse. The burgers were salty and tasted rotten, no lettuce, and the... cheese was slimy. My drink was mostly ice and the drive thru lady was in a horrible mood. None of the drive up kiosks workedeither. Read more
App is easy to order from. Staff was pretty nice. Please please please, at least warm the meat up on the cheeseburger. The... cheese never melted. Nothing like a cold burger. Corn dog was piping hot and really good! Read more
Great! The service was prompt, I could hear the server (speaker not broken) and the drive up screen actually worked. It was a... pleasure to actually enjoy the Sonic experience. I've not had good luck with several Sonic establishments in the recent past. Times are hard (lack of staff, high overhead costs, etc), but this one made it work. Kudos! Read more
I got to the sonics in bogart ga about twice a week. The workers are friendly but the service sucks. I sit in the drive through... line 30 minutes every time. There could be two cars in front of me and I?ll still sit there for 30 minutes. They need to get amanager that knows how to run the place. Eating at long horns would be considered fast food compared to this place. Read more
Excellent!! Even though it was fast food, it was prepared exactly as I ordered it! The cheese burger, Coney dog and Onion rings... were nice and hot!!! And the Very Large Rootbeer was fully carbonated and full of Ice!! The young lady at the window was justso pleasant and polite! A great experience! Read more
After placing a mobile order and checking in at a stall, they said over the speaker the stalls were closed and I needed to go to... the patio or drive thru. The entire reason I used the mobile app was because the line was wrapped around the building. Iunderstand being short staffed, but there was still some one there to serve. Then when I got my Blast the cup wasn't even full.It was at least an inch from the top of the cup. When I told the server her response was "oh I didn't make it." POOR CUSTOMERSERVICE. Read more
My husband and I always stops here after we go to Sam's we always order the number 5 chicken club toaster. Problem is my... sandwich past few times has not been toasted. Just white bread. Tater tots very hot and delicious cherry limeade very good aswell. Read more
