I love Smoothie Kings in general, I am on my way to becoming a (dare i say it?) ex-Planet Smoothie convert. This smoothie king... has some limited parking, but it does give you a good view of the skyline. I like the signs they put up sharing each employee'sfavorite smoothie. The employees have been friendly and helpful, but the credit card reader is VERY tip-unfriendly. You have tofight it to leave one. :( Read more

I generally like the variety of smoothies. I don't like that I can't do substitutions, even for an upcharge...what is this, 5th... grade? Also, I liked the old system for rewards, which let you scan your QR code OR enter your phone number. Now you must havedata on, location services on, and scan the QR code. Read more

Really good smoothie, 1 star for overall experience. I stood waiting for almost an hour just to put in my order. Then waited... another 15 minutes for my smoothie. People came in and walked out because service was so slow. It isnt that poor employee'sfault that they were all by themself. It was the fault of poor scheduling. Management should be scheduling more people to workfor busy hours, especially lunch time on the weekends... Read more
