I ordered a Cinnabon in the drive thru and the young girl at the window asked if I would like to leave a tip and I said no so... she either A) went to the back and got the coldest hardest one they had B) all of them are hard and cold. Dining in, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our order. There were things missing and the lady working the pick up counter was... rude and tossed items up to me on the counter.
