Diane and Brandon are amazing! They make the best pizza and they always find time to talk to their customers. My husband and I... came in once, it was our 1st time and not only did Diane make us feel welcome, she was very patient with my choice paralysis!Then we came in a couple weeks later and she actually remembered us. I know that doesn't sound like much but it makes you feelgood. And to top it all off, the food is 10 out of 10. Wings, pizza, sandwiches, some beer AND cider. Yup they have italllllll! Read more
This is the beat pizza! All the ingredients are fresh (not frozen) and the meats are cooked on site. They chop the vegetables... and even grate their own cheese! The salad bar is delicious and clean. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. It isa great place for a sit down meal with the family. Read more
I have gluten issues and I?ve tried many of the chain pizza brands and it has just been ?well at least I can have a pizza?. I... often would do a Fresheta frozen pizza as to me it was the same quality. I tried Pizza Factory today. I must say this is thebest gluten free pizza that I?ve EVER had ANYWHERE! my two kids even liked their regular crust pizzas. Very flavorful pizzas.I?m enjoying it so I literally am stopping to write this review. I can?t decide if the cauliflower crust or the regular glutenfree crust is the best. THEY ARE BOTH SO GOOD. The restaurant is very clean, has a nice ambiance, and the one person thatgreeted and took our order was SUPER FRIENDLY. I later found out that she is the owner. I love Pizza Factory! I?d never had it before moving to Athens but the crust is so fluffy and the sauce isn?t too sweet.... Definitely a good place to get pie~ and the mini size is perfection for one person! Read more

This place is good. The place was very clean, the pizza was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a... mini pepperoni and pineapple for our daughter and a large half meat and half veggie. I was surprised that they let us splitthose two. We will be back to try the buffet. Read more
Just had a delightful dining experience at Pizza Factory. The staff is very personable and eager to please. I arrived at 1:30... which is a half hour before the buffet closes. I was asked what kind of pizza I would like, and it was served on the buffetstraight from the oven. A young family with a toddler arrived after me, and they were asked if they wanted a plain cheese pizzamade for their child. Read more
