Great place to grab a treat. Don't expect NOLA prices ???? but worth it in the hot weather. Sooo many different flavors, very... clean, friendly staff. Tried the same place in Douglasville and Conyers and happy to see it here in Athens. Hopefully they'lltry stuffed snowballs soon!! Read more

didn't personally buy anything here, but went in with a friend. i know they won't review, so i am on their behalf. they really... enjoyed their shaved ice (pineapple, mango, guava), and the customer service was beyond wonderful. my friend dropped their spoonin the parking lot and i went back in to ask for a replacement, and they gave me one and took care of the dirty one, something ididn't expect them to do because i could've and would've walked to their indoor trash can. but that kind of kindness, especiallywhen you don't know how nasty it could've been to take our trash from me but you did so without hesitation and a smile, that'squality customer service from a person who cares. or maybe i just need to touch grass, lol. but thank you. Don't know about the 1 star reviews and people saying the prices were too high. This place is great. Excellent service about... 13,000 flavors. For the biggest size they got its only 6 dollars. I promise that can satisfy a group or you and that specialsomeone can share it. The only thing bad that can be said about this place is the parking lot is small. Not a problem though.Park, get out and walk so you can see the beautiful women of Athens. Read more
