Nice atmosphere. The service was super slow even though there were many people there. We got two sweet crepes - the crepes... themselves were surprisingly tough/stale and somewhat salty. The toppings were good, but they didn't fix the salty crepe...definitely looks better than it tastes. I would not return nor recommend. Read more
My daughter celebrated her 16th birthday there for brunch. Her and her friends were very happy with the crepes that they got. My... wife, who is a French native was complimentary of their crepes. I got the Philly steak and it was heavy on the Worcestershiresauce but was cooked well with the cheese melted in. Could've used more mushroom when paying for the mushroom as it seemednon-existent. Great lunch here. We had a Cuban, Chicken club crepe and Philly Cheese Steak, and for dessert we shared a crepe with sugar and... lemon. We had a great coffee, Sweetwater 420 beer and an ice tea. Service and atmosphere are impeccable. Super place for ameal. Read more

Wonderful place to have a quick drink and crêpe with friends. Upbeat atmosphere with good music. Good service. Friendly... employees. The wait here can get up to an hour or so, getting there early on a weekend is always the smart move! TheirCosmopolitan is absolutely to die for! We were passing through Athens, on our way from Augusta to Atlanta. We took a side tour and stopped in front of Pauley?s to... check out the area and decided to look at the menu. We ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo, which had just the right amount ofheat and good flavor. The salad had strawberries, walnuts, green apples, spinach and we added chicken to it. It was crisp andrefreshing. We finished with the apple pie crepe which had cinnamon and graham crackers that paired nicely with our coffee. Wealso ordered a Brie and apple sandwich to go that we enjoyed a bit later. There is more than crepes (and apples) and there is asolid drink menu but we were traveling so didn?t partake. I enjoyed a buffalo chicken crepe my first time at Pauley's and it was very good. The broiled chicken has depth of flavor with... savory seasoning-i do believe they use the same chicken in all of their crepes. One suggestion if you do get the crepe-be awareof the fact your crepe sandwich is double wrapped, meaning, it has 2 crepes wrapped around the ingredients of the sandwich. This is likely due to a standard single crepe not holding everything in place. I mention this as I did not realize the wrapused 2 crepes until I was more than halfway through my crepe and was wondering why it was so fluffy, more like a pancake. Stillvery good. Read more
