Not a fan of the pizza sauce it's sweeter tasting to me. But everything else was great
Not sure what has happened to this store, but customer service has gone from 100%-0% in a matter of a month. The guy at the... register was just plain rude, he was more worried about browsing through his phone than to help the customers. I don't know what's going on but lately my pizzas have been burnt. My husband isn't picky & when he says it's burnt & can't eat... it there's something wrong. This evening I tried again & like I said burnt. Instead of the manger working with me & trying tofind out why they pizza is coming out extremely dark just gave me an excuse & proceeded to tell me her didn't want my businessanyway. Never had a problem with Baxter Street. Atlanta you need to get it together. Sent it back & asked for a refund. Neverwill order there again. Read more
Best Papa John's location by far. Incredible staff, clean kitchen and great management. Even while busy they are so nice and... make great food. I go out of my way to come here and always tip extrq. So worth it. Read more
The quality of pizzas has gone downhill in the last month or so. I gave Papa Johns four or five stars before, but I couldn't... even finish my jalapeno pizza because the jalapenos were rubbery. That was two weeks ago. Papa John's needs better ingredients. Read more
I have ordered Pizza from Papa John's for years. They have always had high quality food. The ingredients, you can tell they are... fresh, every single time. They hands-down have the best pizza sauce compared to others, and the delivery people are always sofriendly. The lady that delivered our pizza tonight, she was friendly, even though it was raining outside. It's that kind ofcourteous thoughtfulness that will keep me as a Papa John's customer, as well as the delicious food. If you want exceptionaltaste, with world-winning service, look no further than Papa John's. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again! Read more
Perhaps there wasn't much training from the start. Hopefully the staff at this location are reading this comment, merely for... correction and not criticism. When serving onions, always peel past the first thick layer for it's always very tough and notedible. Keeping them at a uniform size is suggested. Surprise huge chunks of nearly raw onion buried underneath cheese is notpleasant to the palate Chicago Cut means just that. The pizza is to be cut squared vs. triangular. Please do not give options ifyou're going to decide how you want the pizza cut. This is totally not acceptable therefore you deserve 1 star. Read more
This is our go-to for pizza delivery. It's usually very fast and the pizzas are hot when they arrive! They have a good... selection and there's usually a special that we can leverage to save a few bucks. I do use the carryout option as well asdelivery if we are out and about. The pizza is ready on time and it's easy to park and walk inside. I always tip, although I'mnot sure what I'm tipping for on carry out, it just seems like the right thing to do because I don't think these guys aregetting paid a fortune. I don't have much negative to say about Papa John's. The interior of the carry out location is alittle stark and there's very limited seating. But I don't usually have to stay in there very long, the pizza is ready! It'snot for dine in. It's only for pickup in case that was confusing. Read more
