Took awhile to get my breakfast and had to wait forever to get a fork to eat when I finally did. Guy at register was nice to... deal with and he worked hard. Terrible place to eat, do NOT recommend. All we asked for is a couple cheeseburgers and some nuggets and we straight up PAYED... for it, and they only gave us the nuggets and fries. Staff doesn't care about there customers, they never have good manners, andthey never have ANYTHING in stock. Again, DO NOT recommend it here. While there when the Ga game was going on the employees were playing loud music and goofing around. Multiple employees kept... going outside to smoke weed with a person without a handicapped plaque was parked. Whoever was in charge of this shift isdefinitely poor management. Better than most fast food restaurants these day. Atleast a Better attitude from the employees. They were kind and pretty fast,... considering the drive through was all the way around the restaurants building. This is why I park and go inside people! Youreally think that the drive through with 10 to 16 cars in fronts going to be faster than the lobby with 1 to 2 people ahead?!For the record the double drive through is the worst idea I've ever seen! So many inpatient people trying to rush, beat eachother! Course I feel that way about most people these days anyway! Get a scooter that only goes up the 40mph and you'll see whatI mean! The gentleman at the drive-thru around 6:30am is always friendly always smiling. Makes you feel welcome. There's a front manager... who is always professional and always greet me. Good customer service is hard to find in fast food. Especially at a McDonald's.But this morning team has it down packed! Great job to you guys! Read more
They are really slow and don't seen too know about the phrase " act with a sense of urgency ". It's one thing if I'm waiting for... my food to get done but I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes in a line when there's only 2 person in front of me. Hire people who want to work..,on multiple occasions I have attempted to order food only to be told that "we're in the process... of an update". So I could not order. On another occasion I was told that they could not take my order because they did not haveenough employees there. I was baffled because why would they even open,.???
