On this day (July 3) the staff was low and the employees were telling guest that there would be a wait on all orders as soon as... they approached the point of sale. These employees were super polite and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and tables bussed.(a deal breaker for me if not) The manager (Jessica) came around after our meal to apologize for the delay and offer a cookieand coupon for future meal. She was also very polite. We were thanked as we left. These employees were all awesome! We willbe back soon. Read more
No words. A two person to-go order took 40 minutes to receive. The only explanation from staff was that the roast beef had to... be sliced. We were offered a cookie for the extra wait which was appreciated. No dip for our french dip in order, forgot togive us a lemonade we ordered. Staff wandering around, walking away from waiting customers. Staff rolling eyes. Just stayaway. Literally anywhere else. Read more
I ordered the Rachel today at McAllisters. When I got back to my office, to my surprise, my sandwich had no thousand island, no... meat, and no mayo as requested. I also never receive my salad dressing that I order with my salad. I can?t believe your staffcannot even remember to put meat on their sandwiches. Read more
A Breath of Fresh Air. What a nice surprise! We both ordered a salad. I had the Southwest and Bill, the Savannah. Both were... cold, the lettuce fresh and the chicken quite tasty. The service was fantastic! It's been a long time since I've had someonewalk up to my table and ask, "How are the salads?" The restaurant was clean and cool enough for mid June. Ok, it is my first time going to McAlister's Deli and I'm very let down. How are you guys going to charge almost $10 for a... sandwich and use this little meat. Jason's Deli does more for less. The employees were nice though. Just disappointed about thismeal. Read more
Mixed bag overall. Good: food was tasty. Not amazing, but good. The sandwich is the New Yorker and the pastrami+corned beef... combo was interesting. Salad was fresh. Bad: They forgot the mustard for my sandwich and the dressing for my salad. I wasdining in so it wasn?t a big deal and they gave me the product but if it had been a to go order that would have beenfrustrating. I thought the employees were super nice but it looks like slow service overall. I?m short, good but not great. Read more
Nina greeted me and made my day, during a crazy manic Monday at work. She was so friendly, nice and helpful! The food was so... delicious and fresh ! I had the garden fresh turkey sandwich. I highly recommend McAlisters, and thank you to Nina for being sohospitable!! Read more
