On this day (July 3) the staff was low and the employees were telling guest that there would be a wait on all orders as soon as... they approached the point of sale. These employees were super polite and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and tables bussed.(a deal breaker for me if not) The manager (Jessica) came around after our meal to apologize for the delay and offer a cookieand coupon for future meal. No words. A two person to-go order took 40 minutes to receive. The only explanation from staff was that the roast beef had to... be sliced. We were offered a cookie for the extra wait which was appreciated. No dip for our french dip in order, forgot togive us a lemonade we ordered. I ordered the Rachel today at McAllisters. When I got back to my office, to my surprise, my sandwich had no thousand island, no... meat, and no mayo as requested. A Breath of Fresh Air. What a nice surprise! We both ordered a salad. I had the Southwest and Bill, the Savannah. Both were... cold, the lettuce fresh and the chicken quite tasty. The service was fantastic! It's been a long time since I've had someonewalk up to my table and ask, "How are the salads?" The restaurant was clean and cool enough for mid June.
