I walked in and asked if there was any hot and ready. The woman told me there was none available and there was a 10 min wait. I... ordered one pepperoni pizza. 10 minutes later I see a woman come in (who obviously didn't order ahead) asking for a pepperonipizza and the employee pulls one out of the hot and ready shelf!
