This was by far one of the worst experiences I?ve had at a restaurant. The gentleman in the front was being very rude and... nonchalant to my friends and I. I ordered a dish that was supposed to only have vegetables (I?m vegan) and it ended up having avery fishy taste. I did ask if they used fish sauce in the dish and I was told no. After explaining my dissatisfaction and onlyhaving one bite of my food, the staff member was very rude to me and asked me ?Do you just want a box to take your food ?Because we aren?t giving you any refund.? I was denied a refund and the guy actually shrugged his shoulders at me. This is notan environment that shows appreciation to their customers and neither do they have the proper problem resolution skills. DO NOTEAT HERE. Not to mention, I got really sick a day later. Ordered regular sized pho. It?s $15?.. in this economy? I?m not even close to being full-keep in mind I?m size 0, 115 lbs? Broth... is so murky; it should?ve been skimmed when made!!!!! No flavor. Looks good, but it?s because of the garnish added on top. Meatwas slimy. Read more
Very expensive for pho (14 dollars for a small bowl) and comically low quality. Broth was very watery, there was 1 spring of old... basil, and 2 tiny slices of lime. Save your money; get mother pho. Read more
I have eaten at Just Pho for years now, and have never been disappointed with any of the food selections or with the service. ... The pho is superb at this restaurant, but the menu is varied. Diners can choose pho, banh mi, buns, and vegan/ vegetarianselections. Prices are reasonable and the décor and furnishings are attractive. Just Pho offers indoor dining, outdoor dining, and takeout and is closed on Mondays. Hours include lunch and supper from 11-9. Read more
Normally i would eat anything that is edible but i just coulsnt swallow this sour, funky, and mooshy meat of springroll. So i... spit it out in the toilet. Waiter came to check on me but he keep saying "this is meat and its good" i understand that hecouldnt explain it well since its his second language. I wanted him to take it back and took it out of my card. He kindly say"No". Its okay if they are that greedy towards money then worry about customers health (idk im gonna get sick later bc somesmall chuncks went over my throat). This is the business that will go down. P.s. i let my friend smell it and he said "why isit smell like spoiled meat." P.p.s it was so nasty i couldnt eat pho too ;((( i lost my last pho place in Athens. Read more
This is definitely a first is all I can say. Either I'm assuming wrong but I thought ordering take out means the food is cooked... before pickup. I spent almost $20 to have to cook raw cold meats (which isn't a lot for a large). When ordering online throughzenpepper there wasn't anything mentioning receiving raw cold meats. If there was some type of hey it's meat that needs to becooked I guess I would be less upset. Still waiting to eat until the food is ready ???? I hope it's delicious since I've beenwaiting a minute.
